Sorcha Edwards

Sorcha Edwards was elected as a board member of Finance Watch in June 2023, representing Housing Europe.

Sorcha has been Secretary General of Housing Europe, the European Federation of Public, Cooperative, and Social Housing since 2014.
She has a demonstrated history of promoting inclusive housing policies and a fair energy transition across Europe.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Languages from Dublin City University, a post-graduate diploma in Applied Languages from Ulster University, a Master’s in European Studies from Leuven University, and a post-graduate diploma in Advanced Environmental and Energy Studies from East London University.
